Sleep is so essential for us all and yet many of us struggle to get enough. According to a recent sleep survey which interviewed over 11,000 people, 51% had insomnia issues. Sleep deprivation can seriously affect our daily functioning causing poor concentration, irritability, mood swings and in extreme cases depression.

Here’s the science bit!… It has been scientifically proven that persistent poor sleep elevates the risk of developing illnesses such as diabetes and depression.  The Great British Sleep Survey also showed that 55% of insomniacs reported having relationship difficulties, 77% had concentration issues, 64% said they were less productive at work.  A huge 93% reported problems with mood and energy levels.

Its as easy as this….Just download one of our tracks or series and use in any music device, preferably with headphones and soon you’ll feel your mind and body starting to relax and drift away. A natural and affordable way to help with insomnia.
